Walk and Talk Group
MEDICS PCN, alongside Church of the Holy Cross, runs a friendly monthly Walk and Talk group to help bring people together, encourage movement, and support wellbeing within the community.
The walks take place on the last Friday of every month and are open to everyone. Whether you are looking to become more active, meet new people, improve your wellbeing, or simply enjoy some fresh air and conversation, you are very welcome to join us.
The group has grown steadily over time and has become a positive and supportive space for local residents. We understand that many people can experience isolation or struggle with motivation when it comes to physical activity, so creating welcoming community spaces like this is incredibly important.
The walks are relaxed, informal, and suitable for a range of abilities. Participants are encouraged to come along at their own pace and enjoy the social side of the group just as much as the walk itself.
