You and Your General Practice (YYGP) has been created to help patients understand what they can expect from their GP practice, and how to get the most out of the care provided by the GP team.
It also explains how patients can share feedback or raise any concerns — either with their GP practice, Healthwatch, or the local Integrated Care Board (ICB).
