PCN Digital & Transformation Manager

The core objective of the role is to support transformation for general practice within the PCN and to deliver ongoing improvement to services for patients. Working closely with staff at GP practice and PCN level to understand current services, identifying challenges, agree priorities for improvement and then support these to be delivered providing benefits to patients and staff.

PCN Operational Manager

Our PCN Operational Manager works alongside our PCN Business Manager and Clinical Director, to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day Primary Care Network clinics and activities. The PCN Operational Manager works with the PCN staff to provide support by leading and maintaining quality improvement and performance for the benefit of all of our patients.
